Hugo's Christmas Eve Dinner

In this year, we have Christmas dinner at the same restaurant. Some of the food in Hugo's are come from Japanese, like sea urchin and scallop, mixed with European style.

Here is the menu

The first one is foie gras. Actually I love pan seared foie gras very much.
So my boyfriend bring me here again in this year.



The second one is smoked French pigeon
with vegetables


The third one is soup with sea urchin and melba toast on it


The forth one is pan seared Hokkaido scallop

The final one is beef tenderloin with sweet potato napoleon

The dessert is toasted dulcey gianduja and raspberry log cake
with ginderbread ice cream


After finishing this dessert, a staff will come to your seat and sing a song for you.
After this song, the final dessert will be served.

This is 4 ice cream ball covered by chocolate and looks like cherries.

Around HKD$2000 per head
and the drink water is not free

I agree that it is a bit expensive, but after u try it, u may agree this price.

By the way, there was a Santa Claus distribute Christmas gifts to all the tables.
