DIY chocolate on Valentine's Day

Before the Valentine's Day in last year, I have joined the workshop.
Actually, this is called chocolate truffle.
Before making this, u need to prepare the tools and ingredient.

Ingredient:
Dark Chocolate 55% 125g
Whipping Cream 50g
Cointreau/ Cavados 8g
Unsalted Butter 10g

Optional:
Cocoa Powder 
&
Almond, Hazelnut, Green Tea Powder, Coconut Powder


Method:
1. Melt butter and left cool to mix with whipping cream. Continue boiling to maintain heat.
2. Melt chocolate by slowly pouring in cream/ butter mixture, stirring all the way.
3. Now add Cointreau ( Do not reverse the sequence)
4. Chill for 10 minutes in the ice compartment.
5. Using a teaspoon to roll out small balls ( or pour mixture into a piping bag to nozzle out small ball). Chill again.
6. Dust the surface with cocoa powder and wrap up with tin foil.
7. Optional step: Cover the surface of the headened balls with melt chocolate. Chill again.
8. Optional step: To make Melty Kisses, cut the mixtures to cubes ( instead of nozzle out)n in step 5.

For the cointreau, we use AMARETTO.

after hardened, the chocolates can be put inside the box.
